Twisted Works presented a new narrative trailer for Cast Outs during IGN Live, an upcoming cooperative action game set in a modern fantasy version of London.
The game is designed for 2 to 4 players, focusing on third-person team combat, combining different powers, and confronting an ancient threat that returns through forgotten dimensional rifts. The world of Cast Outs blends contemporary London, folkloric beings, ancient magic, and dangers that alter the everyday lives of humans and mythical creatures.
The new trailer showcases the characters, threats, and atmosphere of the game in more detail, while also highlighting the direction in which the project is developing. Twisted Works emphasizes that they are currently further refining combat, cooperative gameplay, mission structure, run-based progression, and the overall pace of action.
Cast Outs is currently in development for PC and PlayStation 5, with planned support for crossplay. The release date and additional platforms will be announced later, and players can already add the game to their wishlist and express interest in future testing.
