The new season of Fortnite officially arrives on Saturday, June 6, 2026, and players can expect a range of novelties, including a new Battle Pass, refreshed locations, new weapons, and additional gameplay mechanics.
The current Chapter 7 Season 3, which focused on the conflict between the Ice King and the Foundation, will conclude with a major live event on Friday, just before the start of the new season. Following the event, there will be regular server maintenance (downtime).
According to a teaser released by Epic Games, the new season brings a Pen & Ink version of John Wick, a BurntPeanut collaboration, and the return of Sprites and Dr. Slone. A range of new details about gameplay, weapons, and content is also expected during the final live event.
As in previous seasons, Fortnite will continue to receive regular updates every two weeks, along with new content over the coming months.
