Virtuix and Meta are bringing a new VR accessory for Quest users that turns physical movement into part of the gameplay.

Virtuix, in collaboration with Meta, has introduced Omni One for Quest, a new virtual reality system that allows users to physically walk, run, crouch, and jump in 360 degrees. The device uses an omni-directional treadmill for movement, with players' real-world movements directly translated into gameplay. The product will carry the “Made for Meta” label, will be featured in the Meta Store, and is compatible with Meta Quest 2 and Meta Quest 3 headsets.

Omni One for Quest initially supports games such as VAIL, Forefront, The Boys, and Star Trek: Infection, with additional titles expected later. Players can connect with other Quest users, including those without the Omni system. Virtuix also highlights the more active side of VR gaming, with the potential to burn up to 700 calories per hour, depending on intensity. Omni One for Quest is available starting today through the official Virtuix website and authorized partners for a price of 2,995 euros.
