KONAMI has confirmed its return to Gamescom 2026, where it will showcase new projects from its most famous franchises. The main part of the offering will be located in hall 07.1, at booth A021 – B020, and will include Silent Hill: Townfall, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, and Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2. A new trailer for Silent Hill: Townfall will premiere during the Opening Night Live program on August 25, providing a deeper look into the psychological horror. Visitors to KONAMI's booth will also be able to participate in a special interactive experience inspired by the game's atmosphere.
Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse will be available to play, bringing a new interpretation of the classic series formula from the perspective of Rose Belmont, a member of the famous family of Dracula hunters. Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 will not have a playable demo announced, but fans of the series will be able to visit a special photo zone featuring a bipedal mechanical machine inspired by Metal Gear. The Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game will have a separate area in hall 05.2, at booth B021 – A020, where experienced players can try out the latest products, while KONAMI team members will explain the rules and basic mechanics of dueling to beginners. The booth will also feature the digital games Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel and Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links. Gamescom 2026 will take place in Cologne from August 26 to 30, 2026, with the fair traditionally opening with Gamescom Opening Night Live on August 25, 2026.
