Echofall Games has announced the retro FPS horror title Deepward, which is set to release on PC sometime in 2027. This title is described as brutal and fast-paced, set in the 1920s.
Players will choose from six different characters, each with their own weapons, abilities, playstyle, and personal story. Before each sortie, you will be able to equip yourself, and during combat, you can switch characters as desired. Quick reactions, precise shots, and violence will shape your survival against various monsters whose goal is to create as much stress for you and your team as possible.
Deepward will take you through various caves, dungeons, ritual sites, and Gothic-style spaces.
